Schulman Bhattacharya, LLC concluded litigation for its client, famed chef Erik Bruner-Yang, against Mr. Bruner-Yang’s former business partners.  The dispute involved the successful Washington, D.C. restaurant ventures Toki Underground, Brothers and Sisters, Maketto, Honeycomb, and Paper Horse.  The case, commenced in 2016 in District of Columbia Superior Court, was terminated as it was nearing the end of deposition and document discovery.  Mr. Bruner-Yang’s legal team was led by Firm partners Jeremy W.
