Schulman Bhattacharya won a $19.5 million settlement for clients in a dispute over the application of a complex buy/sell provision in a real estate company’s operating agreement. Mr. Schulman was lead counsel in the case, which was a JAMS arbitration administered by a retired District of Columbia federal court judge.
